User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tixentra's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

Tixentra provides a platform for buying and selling tickets to live events. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to resell tickets in violation of applicable laws
• You will not use automated systems to purchase tickets

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Service fees are non-refundable.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform.

5. Delivery

Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tixentra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
