1. General Policy
All ticket sales through Tixentra are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or inability to attend. However, refunds may be issued in specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer:
- Full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- You will receive email confirmation of the refund
- Cryptocurrency refunds may take longer due to blockchain processing
3. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:
- Your tickets remain valid for the new date
- Refunds are only provided if you cannot attend the new date
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the announcement
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase duplicate tickets:
- Contact us within 24 hours of purchase
- Provide proof of duplicate transaction
- Refund will be issued after verification
5. Technical Errors
If a technical error results in incorrect pricing or booking:
- We reserve the right to cancel the order
- Full refund will be issued immediately
- You will be notified via email
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Service fees and booking charges
- Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Tickets to past events
- Promotional or discounted tickets (unless event is cancelled)
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@tixentra.com with your order number
- Include reason for refund request
- Provide supporting documentation if applicable
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
8. Cryptocurrency Refunds
For purchases made with cryptocurrency:
- Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for purchase
- Refund amount is calculated at the current exchange rate
- Processing may take 5-10 business days
- Network fees may apply
